We have loved Rise for years. Was a great rise experience. Service was a little slow but the food was worth it. Will be back soon.

This location is new but my husband and I are no strangers at the Dallas location. My usual order consists of the marshmallow soup, Niçoise salad, praline pecan soufflé and the Chardonnay apricot tea (it’s non-alcoholic, fyi). I usually harass the servers for lots of bread because it’s the perfect crusty French bread. All of those dishes were great!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, I was struck by the beautiful decor and warm, inviting atmosphere. The space is thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and elegant environment that made us feel instantly at ease. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish we ordered was not only bursting with flavor but also artfully presented. It’s clear that great attention is paid to both taste and visual appeal – a true feast for both the palate and the eyes. What truly made our visit unforgettable, though, was the service. I want to give special praise to our waitress, Lisa. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. Her warm and efficient service added so much to our dining experience, making us feel genuinely cared for. She is a true asset to the restaurant. We will definitely be returning – not only for the outstanding food and lovely ambiance, but also in the hope of being served by Lisa again. Highly recommended!

It was my first time there and it was delightful! I had the Steak & Pomme de Terre and Bread Pudding Soufflé for dessert. Absolutely delicious! And the service was over the top. I loved it.

The Souffles were great! We tried a variety of them, and they were all awesome. The marshmallow soup was interesting with the cheese, but overall the was just ok. I wouldn't get it again. The creme brulee was a disappointment. Defs stick to the Souffles for dessert as well. Service was great, the atmosphere is good.

Our first time at Rise! First, excellent staff!! The hostess was gracious and prompt getting our table. So inviting. Our server Z was so fun and attentive and made our meal experience feel special. My wife had a French wine flight and loved it. I had coffee. And it was fantastic. French press at table and ground just before it was brought out. The bread is baked as you are seated and was fantastic. We had the marshmellow soup that i highly recommend. The 'marshmallows' are goat cheese that look just like large marshmallows, yet easy to take off just a bit for each spoonful of soup. Super light and fluffy. No idea how they do that! The souffleś practically floated off the table. Perfectly cooked. We had the Jambon (ham) and Gruyère and the herb and spicy sausage. Loved it. Surprised with how light and fluffy it was that we felt stuffed. We were determined to try dessert so we shared the Blueberry sweet souffle. Amazing. Comfortable atmosphere, fantastic staff, and food with great taste and cooked to perfection. We came in on a whim for an early dinner and left feeling we had a culinary treat. We are already planning when to come back. (I bought a pound of beans to take home)!

My wife and I came for our 20th anniversary and this is a wonderful place for that type of evening. A unique and well run restaurant. I started with the Marshmallow Soup, which is a roasted tomato and carrot with savory goat cheese marshmallows. It's obviously trading on the gimmick of the name but it is also tasty. They do have many non soufflé items on the menu but I came here for soufflés, which they do very well. I had the ham and gruyere soufflé followed by the apricot soufflé for dessert. My wife and I split a bottle of rose. All done very well with good service. $80 a person.

This is the third Rise location that I have been too and it is fantastic like the others. If I could only choose one restaurant to dine at forever, I think this would be it. I had the special gazpacho, the crab soufflé and the key lime soufflé. Everything was sensational. Special shout-out to my server Daniel! He was great! Very attentive and made great recommendations!
